It is accompanied by an updated overall estimate, ensuring financial coherence before commencing the technical and administrative phases.

Administrative Procedures

We handle all regulatory formalities necessary for the realization of the project. This includes the preparation of the building permit application, preliminary declarations, and communication with the relevant authorities. The project owner thus benefits from a simple, smooth, and secure support process in a field that is often complex.

Technical Studies and Material Selection

Once the preliminary project is validated, we conduct general design studies. These include the production of plans at a scale of 1/50, precise definition of technical choices, selection of materials suited to the character of the residence, and energy optimization of the building. This phase ensures a comprehensive and detailed vision of the work before consulting contractors.

Consultation of Contractors and Offer Analysis

We organize and manage the consultation process with contractors. After receiving the offers, we analyze the quotes to verify their technical and financial coherence. We then assist the project owner in selecting the participants and signing the work contracts, in order to form a strong team suited to the project's specificities.

Monitoring of Works and Project Management

During the execution phase, we ensure the monitoring of the works to guarantee the quality of execution and compliance with the contractual documents. This includes organizing site meetings, drafting minutes, controlling progress, and managing finances, particularly through the verification and approval of work situations submitted by the contractors. OPC coordination can be provided as an additional service for project owners seeking enhanced scheduling management.

Project Completion and Resolution of Reservations

At the end of the project, we assist the project owner during the acceptance of the works, a key moment that marks the handover of the project. We support them in signing the minutes, with or without reservations, and in verifying the resolution of any reservations. This phase ensures that the completed works meet expectations, plans, and signed contracts.
